Mr. Clardy has been representing clients in private practice since 2006, and representing Social Security disability claimants since 2010. Mr. Clardy is proud to be a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Through his education and experience, Mr. Clardy holds board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Social Security Disability Advocate. Mr. Clardy exclusively handles disability claims nationwide.

Applying for disability is no joke. We are in year 3 of fighting to win disability and it has been a hard road. The folks in the office have always been kind even when we were scared and crying not knowing what to do. They offer a calming kind word and prayer.
